The boxing day trial will be run Sunday December 28th, it looks like it will be dry and tons of grip on that day, so your well worn bald tires should be just fine for the event.

Thinking we need a senior expert support sportsman support class so the expert support under fifty five don't feel so bad when the over sixties expert support senior support kick their sorry asses, going by the NATC rules looks like class limits are restricted to 2 riders per class, anymore and a new class is required.

Ishy, It is the new world where we wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings because they didn't take home a trophy.  Now you can be a Champion twice in one year.  East Coast and West Coast. Wink

Does the boxing day trial pay cota points? If so for which year? Trying to figure out if attendance is mandatory or optional.

Ishy,

I might attend if it payed 1981 COTA points.

That pesky B.Skreen was very good back then. I might like to come out of retirement if I could improve my standings that year. (please dont tell B.Skreen !)

Hey Guys,

I just spoke with Brian and we were planning on the Boxing Day event counting for COTA Points for this year 2014.
Points were tallied to allow riders to see where they are in the standings. Sorry it was not posted earlier.

Let us know  if you have feedback.

Thank you.
