Hey Ishy,
  Who do I contact at Dallasport to just go up and ride with a couple friends, or do we just show up and let someone know at the office/store?

I have always just stopped by the office and asked if it was OK to ride.

You need to get nagging that fellow from Ross Island S&G if we can use that bit of land too.
