This is some incredible video work, and of course Dougie is one bad dude.

Dougie Lampkin brings the sport of Motorcycle Trials to the vast arctic landscape of Northern Finland, challenging himself on frozen obstacles and taking on a hotel made entirely of ice.

The old and the new: Dave and Reid. We are lucky that Reid filled Dave's rather large shoes.

Nice work on the course prep Max and crew! Though I didn't ride, I managed to snag a few photos of most of the riders (apologies to those I may have missed). Click on the picture below of Dennis to view all the photos I took.

In this episode G Force Jarvis returns to his roots at The Kirkby Christmas Trial (on his enduro bike?!?!?) where the previous year his cameraman Mikey Lonsdale was turned away for having a style to wild for trials!

Indeed, thanks for hosting a great trial! I didn't have such a great day, yard saled a couple times and broke my 4RT's transmission (stuck in gear) at the end of the first loop and I was done. Had fun till then.

Good times indeed and thanks again to Didier and Daniel Blanc-Gonnet for setting the event up! If you're bored, I did a write up (click the picture below and scroll down) from a newb perspective.

9  General Category / General Discussion / Re: 315r front brakes are worthless?!?!? on: January 28, 2014, 09:47:53 am
Nice tip Dave, in fact I think that's a common practice for the road race bikes. I bled my friend's 315R from the bottom up using large, vet syringes, so no air detected, but will follow up with this too.

11  General Category / General Discussion / Re: Need some 315r front brake pads this weekend on: January 27, 2014, 01:56:56 pm
My friend Gordon has the same problem with his 315R, and this is with new pads. If you find the solution, please let me know so I can pass it on.

John, what Jimmy said! My two buds Jeff and Gordon had a blast for their first trials event! I had two other friends that were supposed to show also, but had to cancel at the last minute - they missed out. Hope I can convince them all to come out to Round 1 of 2014 in Dallesport. Was great to see the usual suspects out there again too. Also, big thanks to Jillian for babysitting me.

15  General Category / Classifieds / Wanted: Sidestand for 2007 Gas Gas TXT Pro 125 on: December 03, 2013, 09:54:11 am
Got a 2007 Gas Gas TXT Pro 125 (with 225 kit) for the Wife. She loves it and is improving rapidly, however she really could use a sidestand (it didn't come with one). Anyone out there have one lying around that might work that they want to sell?

Also, have a spare, heavy flywheel for it, if anyone's interested.
