Title: Wanted: "Modern" trials bike Post by: swooshdave on February 23, 2012, 03:45:55 pm Not for me! I can't outride my old Bultaco!
For my brother, he's currently thrashing his old Montesa 247 and regularly beating guys on modern bikes. He needs a newer trials bike to really do some whooping. Unfortunately his budget is modest (about $1500). He'd really like a newer Montesa (i.e. mono-shock) but I don't know what those go for. What do you guys have? I went out and to see if it would start after a year or two being stood, good job I drained the fuel out back then, added fuel and started second kick, typical honda. I would sell it for $1500 if you want to take a test doodle on it. John. Title: Re: Wanted: "Modern" trials bike Post by: swooshdave on February 24, 2012, 06:13:50 pm I sent the info to my brother. I'll let you know what he thinks. Thanks!
Not sure if he's going to want something newer (and probably a little more worn) but we'll see. Title: Re: Wanted: "Modern" trials bike Post by: ishy on March 05, 2012, 10:35:49 pm Sold
