Hi, We are working on our SAC PITS 2017 calendar for events. Last year there was a State championship with two events, one South and the other more North.
Is there any interest in a West Coast Championship. I put on the most Northern Trial in California {Rocky Ridge Trial} It is located half way between Portland and Los Angles.
I am just throwing out this idea to see if there is any interest.

You All are invited to our PITS trial.
It is our most Northern Trial it is a two day Trial with AHRMA and PITS riding together.
Saturday is Vintage Beginner, with lines from 4 to advanced levels.
Sunday is our Regular class A Trial with many lines clear down to Novice.
Sorry I didn't get this posted earlier but. It is a great event with dry camping available.

Cost for this trial is low and you wont need to be a member of every organization.
Tell them at the Sign up table you where invited by me and are from Oregon and I will give you special treatment.

The bike pictured 116 is a Montesa frame ... But it has an electric motor. The guy riding this bike is Paul Masters. he made the bike and has it dailed in very nice.  He has a web site. It's something like,  ecotrials.com   I could go on and on about this bike but if you want to know more Paul is very interesing and could tell you all about it. But it is a montesa frame pre 4rt but not much. He has been riding this bike about 4 years but with several upgrades. He is now making a electric twin shock. But good eye, just it's one of a kind.

Here are some pictures from a Trial I put on in Northern Cal April 14th&15th.
We have had it the last three years. I had a couple of calls from you folks up North so I thought I would send a couple of Pictures.
It is a real nice place just 3 hours south of Ashland. we hold an vintage / Begginner  {AHRMA point / Sac Pits Points} on Saturday, the day the pictures were taken.
Then on Sunday it's a Class A event. After viewing the pictures Maybe next year someone from your club would like to come.
I /our club ran this trial with low rider cost. Anyone could show up and ride, Pits members got Pits points, AHRMA members got AHRMA points, one simple riding fee. 30 bucks Saturday and I think it was 35 for Sunday. 10 dollar camping.  So next year if your interested come join us.

We are having our Carr's Rocky Ridge Trial April 9th and 10th with open practice on the 8th.
It is South of Redding about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Very nice place on a private ranch.
Dry camping at site, Motels or Indain casino about 20 minutes away.

I am going to be holding a Sacramento PITS Trials about 2 hours South of the Oregon border. I am posting this as I noticed that there were no Trials scheduled for this weekend up North. It is 20 miles off I-5 by Orland, California. It is going to be April 10th and 11th. You're welcome to come, and we have weekend memberships available. It is on private property so land use stickers wouldn't be necessary. I have some pictures of the property posted on a Sacramento Pits group web site. Riders around Medford may want to check this out. If you are interested email me. You will be able to see it posted on the Pits web site soon. "Carr's Rocky Ridge Trial."
