Just a reminder that our OHV Event Calendar Scheduling Meeting is this week. We’ve added discussion of the OHV map as an agenda item. It’s time for us to reprint the map and we’re looking for input and ideas from the use community to help us improve our product.

OHV Work Party Scheduling
This year, we are going to take a different approach to the ODF hosted work parties. Dave and Jahmaal will be bringing a list of projects to the event calendar meeting and we’d like you to help us pick from those lists to make up the work party season. We are shooting for two MC/Quad focused projects and two 4x4 focused projects. If warranted, we may schedule a two day work party for the project targeted.
The dates for the 2013 TSF OHV Work Parties are:
· March TBD
o All Forest Trail Clearing Work Party
o 2 Project Locations – Rogers Camp (4x4 / Quads) and Diamond Mill (Motorcycles)
· April 20, 2013
o SOLV Clean-Up
· May 11, 2013
· June 8, 2013
· September 14, 2013
· October 12, 2012
Space in our conference room is limited and we are anticipating some new clubs this year so we are asking that all interested clubs send only 2 or 3 representatives to the meeting. Please RSVP! We’re looking forward to seeing all of you!
