Can anyone tell me what is that Blue bike picture 393 or 394??  Is that a James?

That blue bike i think was a custom made bike, parts from lots of different bikes on it.

 Modified Bultaco frame, Jap engine engine and forks, handmade everything else. Too much time on his hands.

The guy made his engine from a Hodaka cylinder and head, and used a Kawasaki KX 60 bottom end. It's pretty amazing.
