- Vote for President for 2012/2013
- Vote for Treasure for 2012/2013
- Vote for Vice President for 2012/2013
- Schedule for next years events
- Someone to run year-end trophy's
- Update rules and regulations
- Nominate most improved rider of 2011 (Board of directors vote)
- Nominate a "special thanks" award  (board of directors vote)


And discuss 2011 Cota Awards Banquet
