I will not be able to coordinate a schedule for this years events, so our club needs someone to step up and take the challenge. Gary Lawver is asking if anyone would be able to host a COTA PNTA event for 2012 and had a potential date of April 14-15. Please let me or someone in the club know if your interested in doing so.

That was the only date Keith could provide to the club due to TSF schedule. I now we wouldn't want to take away from having as many event as we can, right.

Thanks to Julio we've resolved some current issue. Anymore questions or concerns are welcome at the next meeting.

The whole idea behind making available dates was to keep back to back points events from conflicting the same location so our event attendance would be better. Also it would be nice to allow members one weekend in between event to make up time with there family and more. I no that this is not possible with every date but it sure would be nice.

If you haven't had a chance to commit to a event, now's the time. We've provided good dates that have been arranged per COTA to eliminate any conflicting events and holidays. Thanks COTA

p.s. I meet the quick reminder when you park in a empty lot that you should proably read the signs and ask yourself how come no one else is parking in such a great spot. "READ THE SIGN". I was towed and surprised with a hefty bill. Just stimulating the economy.

COTA will be providing up to 4 XL pizzas for our meeting. Let me know what kind of pizza you'd like before 5:00pm Dec 1 and I'll try to get them on order and ready to eat when we show up!
